Science College & Zhicheng College 'Dandelion Pop Science' Vol. 69: Digital Red Heritage Camp at Shapu Primary School
The College of Science and Zhicheng College, in collaboration with Shapu Primary School, are hosting the 69th edition of the “Dandelion Pop Science” series — a Digital Red Heritage Experience Camp on Wednesday afternoon, May 20. The event is organized by the faculty and students of the “Digital Red Tide: Chaoshan Red Culture Digital Practice and Communication” course.

Three Main Activities
”Dialogue Across Time — A Letter to Revolutionary Martyrs” Classroom
Students watch digitized thematic videos, participate in red-history dubbing interactions, and write letters to revolutionary martyrs, creating an emotional connection across generations.
”Road to National Salvation — Passing the Torch” Simulation
A customized Monopoly-style board game themed around the spirit of overseas Chinese remittances. Students roll dice, complete challenges, and accumulate “patriotic wealth” while simulating the arduous journeys of revolutionary predecessors. A transport simulation based on the route of comrade Yi Guangyan adds another layer of historical immersion.
”Red Imprints — Fun Learning” Experience Booths
Themed booths on campus feature revolutionary history quizzes and digitized red culture exhibits, creating an immersive learning environment in a relaxed atmosphere.
