2015 Graduate Class Meeting on November 3 — Employment Materials to Be Distributed

It is reported that the Graduate School at Shantou University will hold a meeting for class monitors and program coordinators of the Class of 2015 on November 3 (Monday) at 3:00 pm in Conference Room 330 of the Administrative Building.

The meeting will cover employment-related procedures and the distribution of graduation employment materials, including the Employment Agreement, Graduating Graduate Registration Form, and Employment Recommendation Letter.

All class monitors are expected to attend on time. Those with unavoidable conflicts may designate another class officer to attend on their behalf.
