22 Volunteers Selected as Intern Teachers for Shuguang 'Into the Classroom' Program

It is reported that the Shuguang Student Aid Brigade, affiliated with Shantou University’s Youth Volunteer Association, launched the first phase of the “Into the Classroom” project for the 2014-2015 autumn semester, recruiting intern teachers from across campus. The program embodies the spirit of “selflessness, dedication, service, and practice.”

Following the recruitment notice, the project received a strong response from students, with 37 applicants in total. After interviews and trial lessons, 22 students were selected as intern teachers for the program.

The Jinping District Education Bureau in Shantou will conduct pre-service training for the selected interns in the near future. Specific arrangements will be announced separately.
