Shantou University to Conduct Credential Photo Collection for 2016 Graduate Cohort
The Graduate School will conduct degree credential photo collection for the 2016 pre-graduating graduate student cohort on the afternoon of Friday, November 7, from 15:50 to 17:30 at the Mock Trial Room in Building E of the campus.
Schedule
Students from each department will be photographed in scheduled time-slots as follows:

Important Notes
The photo collection uses electronic data recording to manage the shooting sequence. Students must bring their original ID card for on-site scanning to confirm identity and queue order.
Photos will have a blue background. Students are prohibited from wearing yellow, green, or blue tops on the day of shooting. The Graduate School recommends formal attire, as the photos will be used on degree and graduation certificates. Students who participated in credential photo collection in previous years should not attend again, as duplicate submissions may cause errors in the CHSI (China Higher Student Information) system.
Students unable to participate in the on-campus session may arrange alternative photography at the Guangdong Image Collection Center (Room 205, No. 21 Zhulu Road, Guangzhou; phone: 020-83302077; institution code 10560). Completed photo materials, including printed copies and electronic discs, must be submitted to the Graduate School before May 2015. Failure to obtain photos in time affecting graduation will be the student’s own responsibility.
