Shantou University Appoints Alumni Class Liaisons for 2015 Graduating Cohort

The Alumni Affairs Office has announced the establishment of alumni class liaison positions for the 2015 graduating class, with each graduating class designated one liaison. Colleges are tasked with recommending candidates to strengthen connections between alumni and the university.
The initiative, first launched in 2013 for graduating classes, aims to keep alumni informed and engaged, leveraging the active role alumni play in the university’s ongoing development.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for alumni class liaison must meet the following requirements:

Recommendation and Appointment
Colleges will use a combination of self-nomination and institutional recommendation to select one liaison per class. Completed registration forms should be submitted to o_xyh@stu.edu.cn by November 15, 2014, with the email subject line formatted as “[College Name] + 2015 Alumni Class Liaison Registration Form.”
The University Alumni Affairs Office will issue official appointment letters titled “Shantou University 2015 Alumni Class Liaison Appointment Certificate” to all selected liaisons.
