Shantou University Launches Fifth Psychological Drama Competition with Theme of Self-Discovery

The Student Affairs Office Mental Health Education and Counseling Center has announced the fifth Shantou University Psychological Drama Competition, themed “Seeking the Mind Catcher, Finding the Self’s Refuge.” The competition invites all enrolled students to submit original psychological drama works.

Work Requirements
Participants are encouraged to draw on common psychological challenges faced by college students, creating and performing original psychological dramas. Works must incorporate psychological knowledge and counseling skills, featuring engaging plots, well-developed characters, and aesthetically appealing performances.
Performance formats are open-ended and may include musicals, plays, skits, mime, song-and-dance dramas, and more. Each piece should run approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Dialogue and narration should primarily be in Mandarin, with optional use of English or dialects.
