Renowned Picture Book Author Jimmy Liao to Deliver Lecture at CUHK Hing Sing Series
It is reported that the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) hosts the Hing Sing Cultural Lecture series annually, inviting distinguished professors, notable figures, and prominent personalities to share their insights. Through a collaboration between Shantou University’s International Cooperation and Exchange Office and CUHK, the lectures are webcast to broaden access for Shantou University faculty and students, bridging geographical boundaries and fostering closer academic ties between the two universities while advancing cultural exchange between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
2014 Hing Sing Cultural Lecture (I)
The inaugural lecture of the 2014 series features renowned picture book author Jimmy Liao, who will deliver a talk titled “The Creations I Love.”
The lecture took place on January 10 at 4:30 pm at CUHK. A live webcast became available from 3:30 pm on the same day via the CUHK Continuing Education website.
